Hi I came to your bird handling experience on Friday (4th Sept) and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for a lovely day. The birds and your hospitality were superb. Althought the whole day was excellent I must admit to enjoying the walk in the woods as the highlight (though Dave the eagle was funand a close second). Dear John. I know that a number of our young people have written to you already to say thank you for last Thursday (30/07/09) but I wanted to say thank you ftrom myeslf for being part of our eagles and sparrows event. You and the birds were the 'icing on the cake' for not only the young people but also all the adults invovled. The birds were beautiful and to see them up so close, watch them fly and learn more about them was unforgettable. During our Sunday service the young people were asked what was the best bit of the event and the unanimous response was 'the birds'. So thank you for making such a fantastic event even more fantastic and every success to you, your team, your team of birds and all your future plans and events. Dear Andy. I felt I just had to write and say Thank You for a really super Sunday (5^th)with your six lovely birds of prey. Dear Andy, Thank you so so much for the amazing 'evening with owls' experience that we had. It was something that i will remember forever, me and my partner Simon have not stopped talking about the wonderful time that we had on Saturday. Im telling everyone I come into contact with about how great it was. The birds are wonderful and obviously very well loved and looked after, you're knowledge is astounding. We are already planning our next experience and will most definately be back soon. In the meantime im telling everyone that they should come to The Falconry Centre. Hi John, Thank you so much for coming along and to our event on Saturday. It really was fabulous to have you there and to see your birds in action in the flying display. The kids loved the falconry session the best and it was a real highlight in the programme. We are still in shock over how warm and sunny it was and it is looking like a great success as a charity fundraiser. Thank you so much for the loan of your headset mic to our other entertainers, this was really appreciated as without the hand-held mic working we were in real trouble so you saved the day. I hope you made it home safely and that the birds were o.k. with the heat and travelling. I will definately make a bee-line with the family to visit your centre next time we are in the area and see all your birds of prey. The new web-site is very impressive, I've only just seen the new design - very smart. Hi Andy, Thank you so much for our Falconry Experience on Sunday. We all had a wonderful time, especially in the woods with the Harris Hawk. It was a great present for Steve's birthday, he loved it. I will definitely be recommending the centre to all my friends and family and hope to visit soon with my elderly parents. You obviously love the birds very much, and they are very fond of you. Hi John, I wanted to write back just to say that I had a thoroughly enjoyable day with you last Tuesday, it was a birthday present and an experience that I will never forget. Flying Imp through the woods was just amazing. I would just like to say thank you for a fantastic day my son and I had at your Falconry Centre. I have always had an interest in birds of prey but when I took my 10 year old son to see some wild Peregrines we have nesting localy he was hooked. We have been to ... a few times which was very nice but you get the public more involved and you are very much more informative so expect to see me again soon. Thanks Steve Lewis (27/08/08)
Hi John, Our thanks to you and your staff again for the very informative and enjoyable day spent with you on Wed 23 July. You asked us to let you know about our B&B accommodation at Tall Trees Cottage Thicknell Lane, The couple were very friendly and welcoming, the house is immaculate with good facillaties and the garden of which we were given a guided tour is spectacular, from our experience Tall Trees is well worth recommending. It was a joy to visit a centre so well set up, run and maintained.Your passion for your birds and falconry was immediately evident and I am sure that your centre will continue to be a great success. In case your struggling to put a face to this email I was the one with the tooth problem on the day sorry again for my poor attempt at the lunch you provided for us. , Please accept my apology for taking an age to send this through to you. Dear Falconry Centre Team Feathered and unfeathered Just a note to thank you for a terrific day last Sunday. Despite the windy weather you gave myself and the family a wonderful experience. The whole day was a great package but flying so many birds at the centre and in the woods is something that will remain with all of us for a long long time. Dear Andy. Thank you very much for bringing the birds into school on Monday 16 June. The children and staff really enjoyed the experience and it tied in well with our History topic on the medieval times. When writing about it afterwards it made me laugh to find one of the children wrote "Andy brough in a cholesterol which is a bird of prey"!! Says a lot about today's world! I felt I had to write to say what a wonderful day I had yesterday.Every bird experience was different and each one was a real pleasure,from the owls to the brilliant session with Imp in the woods. John/Andy. Christine and myself (i was the chap with the walking stick!) visited the Falconry Centre yesterday. My reason for writing to yourselves is, to inform you of what a wonderful experience we had, not only being so close up to the magnificent and beautiful birds of prey, but witnessing so many of them in flight. We were in total awe of them, and it truly was a privilege. The Falconry Centre itself is so well maintained, and is a credit to you both. We shall return in the near future, when hopefully we may be able to witness the flight of one of the Golden Eagles, i still cannot believe the enormity of them!. Thank you again so much for such an excellent experience. We have both advised our family and friends to visit the centre, for what is a truly remarkable experience. Dear John. On behalf of Ascot Racecourse we would like to thank you for providing a fantastic falconry display on Friday 11th April. It was an extremely popular display and from the photos it looks great with all the kids joining in. Countryside Day is going from strength to strength with over 2,500 children here on Friday.
